Open workshops in July

 

Vaasa City Museums offer open workshops during the month of July! The workshops are included in the museum entry fee and they include a short tour of the current exhibition. Workshops are held in Finnish and Swedish, but everyone is welcome to join.

 

On tuesdays (4.7., 11.7., 18.7. and 25.7.) at the Ostrobothnian museum at 10 am and 2 pm you can explore the landscape of your mind in the handheld fan workshop.

On wednesdays (5.7., 12.7., 19.7. and 26.7.) at the Kuntsi museum for Modern Art at 11 am and 2 pm we create abstract pieces of art with watercolors and crayons.

On thursdays (6.7., 13.7., 20.7. and 27.7.) at Tikanoja Art Museum at 10 am and 2 pm you can participate in a paper flower workshop.

On fridays (14.7., 21.7. and 28.7.) in the Museum of Old Vaasa at 10 am and 2 pm you get to write and draw with an old-fashioned ink pen. Note! Museum is closed on Friday July 7th due to renovations and the workshop is cancelled.
